They send you one written and one numerical assesment via email to complete. They written test has interesting questions and is reasonably realated to the role. The numerical test is an absolute nightmare, its extremely long and ardous, pretty much impossible to complete the entire thing within the given time frame. The negative part of the process is that they didn't give me any feedback (not even my numerical test score) after I took the time to prepare for and take their gruelling assessments. They simply sent me a generic email which gave me the impression they don't even read or consider the tests, I cant understand how they would score it, but then not even provide feedback?
