Although the position was posted with an administrative assistant title, they were actually hiring a customer service person. Phone interview & first in-person interview were normal. Second Interview is where things got interesting...
First, they really, really grilled me on what I currently do and why I want to leave. It was intense. Then, they printed out actual emails from extremely unhappy customers. They talked about how they’re on the brink of losing a million dollar account, how they’re no longer in one portion of the business that all other HVAC companies are IN, and they asked me to act out how I have dealt with disgruntled customers in my current position.
They advised me that the previous person left without any notice at all.

I was there for two hours, and it was an unpleasant experience. When they asked for my references, I told them I was no longer interested.
