Bad. I applied for the role 2 months ago and have only just had a decision now, the talent partner was lovely and tried to make the experience as positive as possible, but I imagine her stakeholders are incredibly difficult to work with. After the phone screen with the talent partner I was put through to a F2F zoom call with two HR managers, both of them arrived 15 minutes late to the call and we’re not particularly apologetic about it either, one of the HR managers had background noise which made it almost impossible to compose myself or even hear myself think. The interviewer didn’t particularly seem interested in being there and kept referring to the wrong job title, I was told I would hear back from them the Monday after but here we are almost two weeks later and they have just rejected me.
