Was invited to take part in a video phone screen via Teams video with the recruiter. It was a standard initial vetting to get a feel for the candidate who applied. Next I was invited to interview via Teams video with the Director of Visual Merchandising. The video call lasted about 30 to 40 minutes. Pretty standard. Asked about my background. How I think I would be a good fit with the brand...etc.
