They reached out to me 3 weeks after I dropped my resume at my college job fair. Went in, was handed a questionnaire and then interviewed by 2 people, basic questions about strengths, weakness, why I am studying my current major, how I plan to commute. Lasted about 15 mins. Was offered the position through an email in another 2-3 weeks.
