Interview
This was my worse interview experience.
They handed me few sheet of structural engineering questions like school and asked me to answer. After I finished answering the questions, I have been told by the staff to wait for the president of the company to come and do the interview. I had to wait for an hours in the room and he did not come. I gave up and came out to leave that I saw him in hallway and he asked me to come and do the interview.
Timed exam 1 hour long with 7-9 questions consisting of structural analysis and member design. After exam, interviewed by panel for another hour. Informal and expects high score on test. Will grade the exam prior to the second portion.

Interview
I applied online and got a call back within a week for an in office interview. Interview was taken by two principals along with a senior project engineer. They asked basic questions on my resume ( technical as well as non-technical). The senior project engineer asked few basic questions on seismic design parameters. However, at the end of the interview, one of the principals offered me the job and told me to think it through which was really odd. I declined the offer since I heard negative feedbacks from the employees working at the firm.
