The recruiting process is a big JOKE! The recruiter was rude! Simply Unacceptable. The recruiter couldn't speak English with me. She wanted to go over my CV in 2 min. She openly doubted my knowledge and experience in the rudest possible way. She tried to motivate me by telling me that they offer free water to their workers. Really? Hire english speaking recruiters and professionals for the english job market. D-english is not appropriate.
