Interview
3 rounds.
1st - Recruiter will take, who called you.
2nd - One female Manager
and for 3rd round they will call you next day.
3rd - Director who don't have any knowledge about HR. He is unprofessional. he will tell you we will not give you any basic salary.

First, the recruiter who called you will take 1st round. then one manager will take 2nd round. then the next day they will call you to meet the director who doesn't even know how to speak in english. Then he will inform you that he will not give the basic salary, you will get incentive only.
