Muy completo. Valoracion del talento, empowerment... Conocimientos tecnicos muy importantes. la entrevista te la hace el manager y compañeros del equipo. Son profesionales muy aptos y excelentes. También en mi caso fueron muy cercanos ofreciendote seguridad. Hay mucha competencia debido al rigor de la empresa.
