Interview
They gathered us in one of the cinemas and made us split into groups. Then they gave us an item to make a shark tank pitch about that we then had to present in front of the whole group. After that they did one on one interviews with everyone outside.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you failed and how you overcame it
Group interview. Did some problem solving as a team and then had an individual interview. Questions such as 'when have you stood up for your team' etc had to solve some puzzle with the group
The process was very annoying as it was a group interview at Melb Central, where you acted out numerous role play scenarios. The more you spoke, the better you did.
