I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HNTB in Mar 2009
Interview
got a 1:1 interview on March 09 from an employee referral in early Feb. The interview lasts only for half an hour and I was excited to work there soon but what wait for me was a three-month waiting. Without any initiative contact from the company nor from the HR. Contact HR a few times but just let me wait. Finally got an offer in early June after company won a big project.
The interview process typically involves application review, initial screening, multiple rounds of interviews (phone, video, in-person), assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for a position.
Behavioral questions. Looked into resume and asked questions about achievements or ability at certain tasks. Be prepared to answer the normal questions every interview has and also have questions to asks.

Question 1
What is one thing you want to learn at our company?
The interviewer seemed a bit uninterested since the beginning (was on his phone at times as I was answering questions whilst also having pen and paper to take notes), however he was nice, and I enjoyed answering the questions I was given. Also gave a sufficient amount of time for me to ask questions.
