The process was quite short; perhaps this happened considering I already made to the last step for Graduate Trainee. I only have to go through two interviews: 1. User interview. 2. Another user interview with the head plus the recruitment staff. I got scheduled for interview a day after the first call. First interview to second interview took one week to get call back. From second interview to offer took two weeks. Both interviews are quite technical. Possibly this will not be the same for other candidates. I think it depends on your background or anything you have on your CV. Both users were really smart and knowledgeable. This is the first time ever I feel like I belong ---- the users understand what my current job is, and they understand my work domain.
