It was an online recorded video interview. It consisted of 4 actual interview questions as well as one unscored warmup question (what is your proudest achievement?), and others asking about your ID. I had the fortune of seeing another glassdoor reviewer's interview experience in which they had written out the EXACT questions that I then faced. So top tip for anyone interviewing for the Customer Advisor role, it's likely that they have only created one video interview for that job role; the questions will be the same (for now!)
