They ask you two questions and that’s it. They hire anyone. As long as they get more people in to work they don’t care who they hire and then managers have to try to train them

Interview
i was promoted to store manager. Basically they as you 21 questions and then they judge you and make you feel less than them. Then they take a couple weeks to get back to you and you have to interview with 3 different people before they decide if you get the job or not. If you do they congratulate you and make you feel special the first couple weeks. If you don’t it’s a standard thank you for applying but unfortunately scenario.
