Initial screening Zoom with HR / recruiter and then Zoom interview with the program manager at HII. The position was for a contract with a government entity. Unfortunately the government contact wanted to hire the people he'd worked with in prior roles and I never got a chance to interview with him.

Contacted via LinkedIn with an offer for an interview, which was scheduled within 3 business days. The interview was conducted by telephone due to COVID-19 restrictions. There were three people on the hiring board: the incumbent, his supervisor, and one representative from Human Resources.
