I got a call about 2 weeks after i applied to set up an interview date. The interview was pretty straight forward, mostly about my experience and what training and school's i attended. I also got the job offer that day and negotiated my wage. I returned about 2 weeks later for my orientation and screenings, after that i entered the welding school that is onsite to test as a structure welder but passed through the test so quickly that they bumped me up to a pipe welder.

The interview was very simple but it did take a few months to actually receive a start date. Overall, you have nothing to worry about as long as you know you can pass a background check, drug test (hair follicle) and can pass a PAT.
