The "top account manager" go to lunch they breakdown the whole job for you. Then you end up at Wal-Mart for a few hours shadowing this person. What they are doing is selling directtv. Something that from the job posting and the first round interview that is not at all expected. So the job expectation hits you all at once. Once that is done you go back to the office and are asked about your experience and asked if able to perform. If yes, you are offered the job on the spot.
