Interview consisted of two friendly employees asking many questions about my interest in the firm and future plans. They discussed the many great benefits that are geared to help employees gain licensure. The benefits sound amazing, with great 401k match and access to many departments which help employees gain experience in many areas. Employees can select the area based on their requirements for IDP, making the learning process geared towards obtaining a license.
