I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HDR (New York, NY) in Feb 2015

      Interview

The interviewing process was wonderful. I shared my portfolio with them and also discussed my strengths and weaknesses. The flo of the conversation was dependent on what my portfolio projects were about and if a question or concern arised, then interviewers added their comments. Overall it went well.
