I applied online and the HR emailed me asking when I would be available for a phone interview. Two people spoke to me over the phone - a general HR and a technical HR. It was a 25 minute interview. They were very friendly and put me at ease. Questions were the usual - what do you know about us?, tell us about your masters and few questions about my projects and internships.
