Interview
I was schedule three interview within a week. I had a strong tech back ground along with customer support working in a global saas infrastructure environment. I made it to the third interview only to find out that there was other candidates who back ground was stronger then mines. I worked so hard trying to get the job and was decline.

Question 1
It was mostly trying to see how well you understand tech issue being reported from the customer point of view. How well can you diagnose an issue and resolve it.

Interview
The manager doesn't even read your resume. They promise a second interview and ghosts you. They've been hiring since at least last September. Clearly they have a very high turnover rate since the salary being offered is high but there are massive red flags during the interview process.
