There were 05 steps of interview process
One is the common interview
Then an aptitude exam
There was a technical interview after the aptitude exam
Then if and only if these stages were a pass, then there will be an HR interview
Then there will be an interview with a communication specialist in the relevant account
They decide and conclude only after a pass in all the process.
The interview process of medium not very hard. It was medium because of the package they were offering. and the hiring manager asked a lot of questions, but they are not too in depth.
Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.
I applied online. I interviewed at HCLTech (Colombo, Western)
Interview
It was Online interview , Interview was good. Asked few questions and then move in to the Tec questions. All the interviews held on teams. Interview held on around 25 mins
