I was contacted by multiple recruiters from the company. Some were very difficult to understand due to heavy accents. Once I passed the phone screen, I interviewed with the client.

I have gone through the interview process followed by HR discussion, they promised a number and asked for documents, later they are saying unable to process with your offer.
