First round and second rounds are technical, asked about present jobs roles and responsibilities, last round was HR, first round taken about 30 min and second round was 45 min, virtual interview process

HR Interview went fine, first technical interview went fine too. I was hired and then benched because of very poor management and positions were dropped. I then had 7 more internal interviews, no context of the jobs, no title, no nothing. Just blindly having random interviews for positions that I was not ready to fill in.
