It is for student who completed Java/.Net course in Niit and provided placement.
Job details :
-12 month training period and next six month probation period.. Will be of package 12k/month for first 12 month then 2.2L/p.a for next 6 month.
- 24/7 job
- cab facility for night shifts
- it is not bond, it is based on mutual agreement between employee and employer.

Interview was good but easy and only one technical F2F round
it was nice. they havent ask more technical questions. overall it went fine for me. They havent offer more package but it is ok for a contract trainee. The overall experiance is very good. Finally am happy to get offer in HCL.

Interview
The interview was fair and simple. They asked normal technical questions which I answered correctly. They asked me to write a program in the final phase of the interview and I successfully wrote it. The interview was 1:1.
