Was with the Nurse Manager and 2-3 nurses. Interview was about 30 minutes to an hour long. Was more focused on how you work as a team. They really like my customer experience!
I was asked to describe how I handled an upset patient, why they should hire me, and what would I do if I had an issue with an employee. Then I completed a peer interview with an RN on the floor who just asked me more about how I would handle difficult situations.
