Lengthy Process, somewhat unorganized but personelle we’re understanding and helpful. It had to be an in-person interview with a panel of managers and coworker Registered Nurses. Was given the wrong address at first.

Why do you want to work for us? What is your background? How do you handle stress?
Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
