I had 2 interviews and both were professional and comfortable. I have learned interviews are conversations. I just recently interviewed and have not heard back, but they are about their people and I can appreciate that.
Complete employment application and submit resume. Phone screen with technical recruiter followed by on-site interview with leadership and team members. Overall smooth and streamlined to bring on qualified candidates with various skill sets

Interview
They were quick to get back to me at first, then after the second interview, I never heard back from them again. Contacted them multiple times and no response. The first interview was 30 minutes and the second was an hour. Did seem like a good place to work, but I would never work for someone who ghosts potential employees.
