By phone, no face to face interview. They do not want that interns discover the true about this company.
They are just looking for interns to exploit. The interview is pretty easy, thew have no requirement except to be native speaker of a langage and to have basic knowledge in English.
Unfortunately I accepted the offer.

I had two persons, and I remember one of them telling me that she is not a morning person and she does not like waking up early because the interview was at 9
