Pre-screen interview with recruiter went well and person said I’d even be up for positions with other agencies in the network due to the fact that I was referred by an employee and formerly worked there. After that call I was ghosted and all emails ignored. Not sure about others but I find that unprofessional and rude.

Very easy and super personal, they just want to hear about your experiences and who you are as a person so they can gauge if you would be a good fit for the smaller team.
