Lots of scenario based questions and some written questions. Role play where you are on a difficult customer situation where the customer is complaining and you have to deal with it. Slightly embarrassing when it was in front of actual customers on the shop floor.
Went good, asked describe a time questions, and asked about availability. Took quite long thoigh - over an hour, but I've heard it depends on the situation, person, store, and role.

Interview
Easy, informal, relaxed and efficient. They were more keen to get to know about you and previous experiences you've had and your approach to sales. Also asked a few generic questions about their company.
