It’s a small agency so there’s no recruiting stage, you talk to someone directly on the team. that overall stage is fairly easy but you will be ghosted which is why I’m leaving this review. I had a really good interview with the hiring manager who made its seem like I’ll move on to the next step, but ultimately never reached back out. Overall unprofessional.
