Interview
Pretty easy interview process overall. Was a recorded interview and then I did some in person. Was just asked normal questions and was a easy process. The video recording process left some to be desired with the UI however.
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.

The H-E-B interview process is friendly and straightforward, usually involving a brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview focusing on customer service, availability, and teamwork skills. Just have open availability and you should be good

It’s an easy process basically I record myself in the digital interview on why I work at HEB. Then the next step they’ll go over my application and interview to see if I’ll get an offer for the job
