The interview process was very simple and the managers were helpful along the way. Asked straightforward questions and what my interests are. They also asked how I can contribute to the company and what my future goals are with them.

Ask behavioral questions and they make it pretty easy. Depends on who you have that interviews you. Just relax and you should do great! Make sure you don’t say anything crazy and you will do good
The process was simple. they talked to you over the phone and asked basic questions. It was like any other grocery store position. It was around thirty minutes. Just apply.
Pretty straight forward process, asked a few questions and if i was good with people. First interview was with hiring manager and then accepted offer. About 1 week of training at HEB School.
