I applied online, and it took about four to five days to get a call back.Very laid back. They just asked you situational questions about how you handled certain situations within the work place. The process took about Two weeks including the background check. They went ahead and offered me the position right away.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
