Group of 30 People, with 3 judges, taking note of the most interactive and positive people in the room. Asking multiple questions, and noting each response via tally marks. The 3 people with the most tally marks would be processed to the next section discussing pay, availability and work etiquette.

It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
