The interview process is not helpful or transparent enough in knowing feedback as to why the employer is not moving forward in the hiring process. It is important to relay the information for the applicant to review.

Four interviews total, first is phone interview with a recruiter, then with store leader and HR manager. If you move to the next round you will interview with HRD and DRO. FInally, you may interview with GVP
