You have to apply online, they normally don't take walk-ins due to a high number of applicants, then you do an online interview where they ask you 7 questions. You can do practice questions and od have 30 seconds to think about your awnser before acually starting. After you submit you will either get an in person interview or not. Good luck :)

Interview
The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
