First is a group interview with like 5 managers watching and participating. There was about 20 people. Once everyone got there they gave us an index card and told us about themselves and what department they’re manager of. Then they explained what was going to happen during the group interview. The index card had questions on them that we had to answer. We stood up and answered them then after everyone was finished answering the questions and introducing themselves. We had to sell an HEB grocery items in a group to one of the managers. The group interview was an hour and a half long. After the group interview they told us it would take a couple of days then they’ll get back to us. After the group interview is a one-on-one interview.
