Interview
I was taken to a group interview first. They did some activities to guage how you would work in the store. Half an hour after the group interview, I received a call inviting me to a one-on-one interview. I was asked a few questions there. I received an email later that day informing me I didn't make the cut

The interview process is unique and done in a few parts. There is a group interview where you interact with other applicants. They also ask you one on one questions in a more traditional interview setting.

What would you do if a customer wanted to speak to a manager?
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
