Be warned, this is a group interview first off, secondly it is a very odd one. They had us all come into a room of 4-5 managers, no smiles and very direct. We did a series of weird activities. They gave us a box of crayons and had us partner up, and draw ourselves doing our jobs which was strange because mostly everyone applied for different roles. They also had us leave the room and come up with a HEB jingle. Needless to say they asked nothing that had anything to do with our experience, qualifications or anything of the sort. So as I said be warned its a very odd interview process, best of luck.

Question 1
Whats the job you'd least like to have here and why?
The interview was simple and professional. They asked about my background, customer service experience, if I could work fast pace and how I would handle different situations. Overall, it felt straightforward and not overly difficult
Interview was smooth and easy as long as you push the HEB brand name to partners and make sure you emphasize a welcoming exterior to the interview. Additional knowledge of the company history also aids your potential by giving certain examples on how HEB has changed your perspective as a shopper.

A question popular to ask is what you would do if a partner asked for a specific product and it happened to be out of stock. What would you do?
Hireview Interview video interview online. Had a few questions that you had to answer within a certain timeframe. Multiple retakes allowed. Mainly behavioral questions to gauge the candidate's personality and skillset.
