Interview
Group interview that consisted of case scenarios and multiple department heads in the room with us. There was also a segment of the process where they give you a stressor and ask you to sell something to them as well as make a bow and draw your favorite animal. The different types of interview wrapped in one were nerve racking but I'm sure it is to weed out the people that cannot function well under pressure.

Draw your favorite animal. Why is it your favorite?
the overall experience was great. First we did a group exercise, then from there if selected I had a one on one interview. From here I got offered the job.
Very straightforward, asked about prior experiences with difficult situations, and how you dealt with them. The interviewer was very relaxed and acted very casual about the whole thing. I ended up getting the job right there.

Very straight forward interview to the point. Ask some genuine questions about yourself. Just be genuine because if you made it to an in persons interview you’re close to the finish line. Most don’t even get a call back.
