Easy! Was able to complete most of the process in the comfort of my home. The online process was simple to navigate. Was able to track the progress of my application.
3 interviews, gotta give your A game on all 3 since its different people at least for me it was, be polite and sound smart, have goals in mind they want people who are going to school trying to be someone. I remember there was a guy next to me with a folder and suit and I forsure thought he was getting it instead of me because I was casually dressed, however we both got it and he only last 3 months while i stayed 5 years and could've moved up had i stayed.

your goals in life, education etc. availibility they want people who are reliable for baggers, if you have a picky schedule you will not get called back, tons of people want to work at heb why would they chooose the person with the picky schedule.
