Interview
The interview was conducted in several stages, each designed to assess different skills and competencies. I participated in a phone screening, a technical round (as per the job's requirement), and finally a managerial round. Each stage was well-defined, and I was briefed on what to expect.

Interview
It was very informal until you get to the corporate office for the panel interview. They did not have any real pressing questions. It was laid back. Dress at the office is informal and I felt like an idiot in a suit and tie.
