I completed the online application form and was invited to take part in a video interview. Questions appear on your screen, you have a certain amount of time to read the question and then a set amount of time to answer. Towards the end of your time, the system will beep at you. I personally really struggled with this. I left the interview about 2 questions in. This process made me realise how much I value in person contact for interviews. There is nobody to bounce off, nobody to calm those interview nerves or ease you in to the process.
