The first round of selection consisted of submitting our CV and cover letter, as well as a short paragraph of why we want to work for Gymshark specifically. This first round took quite a while, around 3 months, but this was because of the large number of applications Gymshark received, and the team was very responsive to my enquiries. The second round consisted of a video interview via Sonru, which was very intuitive. This selection round took about 2 weeks for me to hear back. The third and final selection round consisted of a project task and an interview via Zoom. The project task was given to me 1 week prior to the interview, and I prepared a presentation to present during the interview, in addition to a regular Zoom interview. This selection round was the fastest and it took 2 days for me to hear back.
