They conducted their interview outside when it was cold and windy, with a panel of 4 interviewers who, when they weren’t asking questions just starred at me like I was doing something wrong. It felt extremely uncomfortable. They picked two companies I worked for in the past, trashed on one restaurant for its failures and then trashed on the other for it’s success, calling it too “bougie” for their taste. I wasn’t the owner or manager of these places, I just worked at those places. Also I found out they pre-batch their Old Fashioned and serve them from a dispenser so I guess it wouldn’t have been the right fit for me anyway.
