First round with recruiter. Second round with analysts and chief architect for google sheet formula review. The analysts asked about my internship experience and my extracurricular activities. Then they show a table with media performance numbers on it and make you do mental math to calculate some metrics like ctr or cpc (no calculator). Then there was a case study of explaining why sales drop. The google sheet formula focuses on media math formulas, dragging and nailing cells or rows or columns, sumif, etc

Question 1
How did you get selected to get this or that award
Interviewed for an entry-level analytics role and had a positive experience overall. The interview process was professional, organized, and the team was welcoming. There were a few basic math and analytical reasoning questions, so I'd recommend candidates brush up on mental math and problem-solving skills beforehand. The interviewers were friendly and gave me a good understanding of the role and company culture. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the office environment seemed collaborative and supportive.
