Interview
The interview process was over the phone with a couple of Gunther representatives, After speaking with them the Manager called and wanted to meet with me in Michigan for a formal interview in which he traveled from Arizona.

There was no real difficult question he had asked. Just wanted to meet with me in person and find out what kind of work habits i had and how to handle customer situations.

only explains the job nothing else. Doesn't ask about you at all. Tells you about the job and company and nothing else. Gives you an offer and thats it.
