      Interview

Applied on company career portal about 3 months prior to receiving a call to set up a phone interview. After conducting a phone interview, I was told to expect about two weeks before hearing any news. I was called 1 week after the phone interview in order to set up an on-site interview out of state. They took care of all the necessary travel arrangments, which was a relief.

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Gulfstream (Savannah, GA) in Jun 2015

      Interview

First let me state that I had interned with the company the summer to my graduation (Undergrad). A recruiter reached out to me within one week for applying for the position and set up a phone interview after asking me a short series of questions. They called back approximately a week later to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. I then had a phone interview with the hiring manager in which they asked about my previous internship experience (at this company) and focused more on personality and soft skills rather than technical questions. Following that interview was contacted via email to set up a final interview via conference call with panel including hiring manager. The interview went well with about 50/50 split between a focus on past work/project experience and soft skill questions/what if scenarios. I was told to expect to hear back within two weeks, I did not hear back and followed up with an email, but no response. Followed up with another email and another call a few days later again with no response. At this point I reached out to the recruiter and was again told to just be patient. I waited another two weeks before finally reaching out to the HR in the collegiate internship program. It took another two weeks to find out that the job requisition approval had been internally changed to not approved due to team/group budgets.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Name one situation where you had to multitask projects and how did you determine which received priority. How did you address/work with coworkers who had open requests that you deemed low priority?

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gulfstream (Brunswick, GA) in May 2013

      Interview

Had an initial phone screen interview followed by an on site. On site interview consisted of a single panel interview of 3 people. Phone interview focused more on how resume and experience lined up with their needs, on site was mostly behavioral type questions. Relatively easy, pain free interview process.
